Our Team
BETH jardon
DIRECTOR | Registered nurse
Beth graduated from CCC&TI with an associates degree in nursing in 1991. She has worked in home care for more than 20 years. After working for several different agencies, she decided to open her own agency in 2006 to ensure that her patients were first priority when it came to home care.
Beth has 6 grown children and 6 granddaughters. She loves going camping, especially at the beach with her family.
Taylor
clinical manager | Registered nurse
Taylor graduated from CCC&TI with an associate’s degree in nursing in 2017 and received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from UNC Wilmington in 2021. She has been working here at Premier since 2014 when she started as a CNA. Taylor is a wife and mom to 2 girls, she loves Jesus, loves to spend time with family, and traveling to new places to camp.
bailey
home care coordinator
Bailey started working in the field for us at Premier in June of 2018. At that point, she was a CNA and then moved into her current position in October of 2021. Bailey is a devoted Christian, wife, and mother and she loves spending time with her family and going camping.
Tammy
financial coordinator
Tammy has been part of Premier since June of 2007 and hopes to retire from here. She has one daughter, loves fall and winter, enjoys spending time with family, friends, and pets. Tammy has a passion for advocating for homeless and mistreated animals.
Hayley
clinical manager | REgistered nurse
Hayley began with Premier in 2007 as a field nurse and transitioned to office and field work in 2019. She graduated from CCC&TI in 2000 with an associate’s degree in nursing and in 2014 obtained her bachelor’s in nursing from Appalachian State University. Hayley has 3 children and a grandson who are her world. She loves spending time with family and traveling
brooke
clinical manager | REgistered nurse
Brooke started working for us at Premier as a CNA in 2015. She earned her associate’s degree in nursing from CCC&TI in 2019 and earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from UNC Wilmington in 2023. Brooke enjoys camping, being a mom to her daughter, and spending time with her family.
Kayla Wright
human resource coordinator
Kayla joined Premier’s office staff in 2024. She has a background in Nuclear Medicine and also worked for Premier as a CNA for several years prior to that. She is a wife and mom to 1 baby girl and fur baby, Ollie. She enjoys spending time with friends and family.
chassidy
assistant financial coordinator
Chassidy has been with Premier since 2016. She also serves as the Executive Director of Caldwell Friends, a non-profit mentoring program serving Caldwell County youth. She holds two degrees from Lenoir-Rhyne University, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Arts in Human Services and two Associates Degrees from CCC & TI. In her free time, she enjoys coloring, shopping, decorating, spending time with animals, and attending festivals. Family and friends are very important to her!
Summer
billiing coordinator | admin assistant | CNA II
Summer has worked in our office for 5 years and worked in the field for 10 years prior to that. She earned her CNA I and II at CCC&TI. Summer loves Jesus and going to the mountains and the beach; she enjoys both cold weather and snow. Summer loves watching murder mystery shows and spending time with her husband, daughter, and kitty cat.
